Lights Out CT will present to the Montville Town Council on the threat of light pollution to bird populations and other wildlife, as well as discuss how unnecessary nighttime lighting contributes to greenhouse gas emissions and climate change. Organized by Nick Sabilia, former Chairman of the Montville Conservation Commission, with support from Kari Wall, Director of the Raymond Library .
